On the palate, this Cabernet-led rose delivers wild strawberry and pomegranate balanced with a hint of white pepper. It is zesty and red-fruit dominant, with an impressive structure that holds its own alongside food yet stays bright enough for a sun-soaked afternoon.

Crafted from 72% Cabernet, 14% Merlot, 13% Syrah, and 1% Muscat, this wine was fermented in stainless steel with no oak aging, then de-alcoholized using a proprietary reverse osmosis system designed to preserve maximum aromatics and texture. At just 0.49% ABV, every sip delivers the complexity and ritual of a premium sparkling wine without the alcohol.
