What is Glimmer?

Glimmer is a premium de-alcoholized sparkling wine, made to feel like the real ritual of celebration, minus the alcohol. It starts as fully fermented wine, then the alcohol is gently removed, leaving the flavor, the bubbles, and the moment intact.

Is Glimmer really alcohol-free?

Glimmer contains less than 0.5% ABV, in line with de-alcoholized wine standards. That's a trace amount, similar to what you'd find in some fruit juices or kombucha.

What is Glimmer made from?

Our Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in certified organic vineyards in Tualatin, OR. Our Rosé is Cabernet-led, with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate, and a hint of white pepper.

Is Glimmer safe to drink while pregnant or in recovery?

Glimmer was made for exactly these moments, so no one has to sit out the toast. That said, because our wine contains a trace amount of alcohol, we always recommend checking with your doctor if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or in recovery, so you can make the choice that's right for you.

How should I serve Glimmer?

Chilled, in your favorite glass, ideally a flute to hold onto the bubbles. Give the bottle a gentle turn before pouring, just like any sparkling wine.

How should I store it, and how long does it last?
